The price of the apartments includes water, electricity and gas consumption, heating, wi-fi connection, linen change with a weekly change, initial and final cleaning.

extra bed: € 20.00 (only for children up to 12 years); camping cot for children up to 4 years free
breakfast: € 10.00 per day per person; instead it is included in the rooms price.
half board: prices per person per day for breakfast and dinner, drinks not included: adults: € 35.00; children 6 - 11 years € 30.00; children < 6 years a la carte.
air conditioning: there will be a fee for the air conditioning to be paid at the end of the stay. The rate will depend on the usage, measured by a meter.
supplement for pets: € 5,00 per day (see complete rules)
tourist tax: € 2 per day per person and only for the first 7 days; children up to 14 years are excluded (see complete rules)

To confirm the reservation is required a deposit equal to 40% of the amount of the stay to be sent by bank transfer to the following coordinates: iban: IT79O0885172322000000202085 (letter "O" after IT79) Bank TEMA Cred.Coop. vo Branch of Orbetello GR account in the name of Tenuta Grazia dei F.lli Bazan. The confirmation of the reservation by the guest implies the complete acceptance of the cancellation conditions above, of the residence regulations, of the privacy policy and management of personal data ("privacy policy").

The arrival time must be scheduled from 15.00 and by 19.00.
In case you expect to arrive at a different time, you must notify us in advance.
The payment of the balance will be appreciated on the day of arrival upon registration / check in.
Payment can be made via pos (debit and credit card - MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, VISA and V-PAY circuits). Checks are not accepted.
The departure must take place before 10.00 am. In the event of early departure, no refund will be given to the price of the remaining stay and the services not used.

Breakfast time: 8.00 - 9.30 (different times must be agreed upon booking).
   Dinner time: 8.00 pm - 9.15 pm
The daily cleaning service of the apartments is not available and they are delivered with an initial supply of toilet paper, kitchen paper and dishwashing detergent. Guests are required to provide their own supplies for the rest of the stay.
The company does not have a waste collection service. Guests can use the equipped area located on the Via Aurelia 300 meters after the exit of the estate.
The apartments are not equipped with radio, television, air conditioning.
Pets are eventually accepted upon prior arrangement of the reservation.
An extra cost of € 25.00 is required for final cleaning.
The confirmation of the booking by the customer involves the complete acceptance of the regulation for pets
